Delightful 3 bedroom apartment in quiet area of historic town center

This affordable 3 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area in the heart of the charming medieval town of Campiglia Marittima. The characteristic home, about 106 m², is ideal for a single person or couple with occasional guests.

Double glazing and gas heating provide comfort for off-season or year round use.

The ceilings are painted white as has been done historically to maximize interior light. In recent years sandblasting to reveal a ceiling’s rustic natural materials has become common practice, something the new owner may wish to consider.

There are no condominium fees. The annual property tax, zero if the primary residence, will be around € 550 otherwise.

The historic city center is wired for fiber optic internet service. FTTC availability should be able to supply the home with up to 200 Mbit/s service, ideal for a home office.

We recommend using a tablet (best) or computer (notebook, desktop) to view the virtual tour. A mobile phone screen is too small to optimally view the scenes and to take advantage of all the tour features such as navigation using the floor plan. If you only have access to a mobile phone, we recommend viewing the tour horizontally, not vertically, in full screen mode.
